Supported Salesforce Data Tables
This article contains a list of all the available data tables available when enabling Salesforce as a Data source.
Account
- Stores information about organizations, companies, or other entities that you do business with. Accounts can also represent households or other types of customer organizations.
Asset
- Represents a product or item that a customer owns or has purchased. Assets are commonly used to track customer-owned products, their status, and related service information.
Campaign
- Stores marketing campaigns used to plan, manage, and track marketing initiatives. Campaigns can be associated with leads and contacts through Campaign Members.
CampaignMember
- Represents the association between a Campaign and a Lead or Contact. Campaign Members track who was included in a campaign and information such as their campaign status.
Case
- Stores customer service issues, questions, or support requests. Cases are used to track customer inquiries from creation through resolution.
CaseComment
- Stores comments or notes associated with a Case. These records provide additional information or communication related to a customer support case.
Contact
- Stores information about individual people who are associated with an Account. Contacts can represent customers, prospects, partners, or other individuals.
Contract
- Stores agreements or contracts between an organization and its customers or other business entities. Contracts can include information such as status, dates, and associated accounts.
CustomObject
- Represents a Salesforce custom object created by an organization to store business-specific information that is not captured by Salesforce's standard objects. Custom objects can have custom fields and relationships to other Salesforce objects.
EmailMessage
- Stores email messages sent or received through Salesforce. Email Messages can be associated with records such as Cases, Contacts, Leads, and other Salesforce records.
Entitlement
- Represents a customer's entitlement to receive a specific level or type of support. Entitlements are commonly used to manage service agreements, support levels, and customer service rights.
Event
- Stores calendar events and scheduled activities such as meetings, appointments, and other time-based activities. Events can be associated with users, contacts, leads, accounts, and other Salesforce records.
Lead
- Stores information about prospective customers who have not yet been qualified or converted into an Account, Contact, and potentially an Opportunity. Leads are commonly used to manage the sales qualification process.
Note
- Stores notes and additional written information that can be associated with Salesforce records. Notes are used to capture unstructured information related to business records.
Opportunity
- Represents a potential sales transaction or revenue opportunity. Opportunities are used to track sales deals through the stages of the sales process, including expected revenue, close dates, and sales status.
OpportunityContactRole
- Represents the relationship between a Contact and an Opportunity. It identifies individuals involved in or associated with an opportunity and can indicate their role in the deal.
OpportunityLineItem
- Represents an individual product or service included in an Opportunity. Opportunity Line Items contain information such as product, quantity, sales price, and total amount.
Order
- Represents a confirmed request for products or services. Orders are commonly used to track products or services that a customer has agreed to purchase after the sales process.
OrderItem
- Represents an individual product or service included on an Order. Order Items contain details such as the associated product, quantity, and pricing.
Pricebook
- Stores Salesforce price books, which define collections of products and their associated pricing. Price books allow organizations to manage different sets of product prices for different customers or sales scenarios.
PricebookEntry
- Represents the association between a Product and a Pricebook, including the price of that product within the specific price book. Pricebook Entries are used to determine which products and prices are available for opportunities, quotes, and other sales records.
Product
- Stores information about products or services that an organization sells. Products can be added to price books and associated with opportunities, quotes, orders, and other sales records.
Quote
- Represents a formal proposal or price quote for products or services provided to a customer. Quotes are typically associated with Opportunities and contain information about proposed products, pricing, and terms.
QuoteLineItem
- Represents an individual product or service included in a Quote. Quote Line Items contain information such as product, quantity, price, and discounts.
ServiceContract
- Represents an agreement under which an organization provides service or support to a customer. Service Contracts can define service terms, coverage, dates, and related customer assets.
Task
- Stores assigned or completed activities that need to be performed, such as making a phone call, sending an email, or completing a follow-up. Tasks can be associated with Salesforce users and business records.
User
- Stores information about individuals who have access to the Salesforce organization. Users can be assigned roles, profiles, permissions, teams, and other Salesforce access settings.
UserRole
- Stores the roles within a Salesforce organization's role hierarchy. User Roles help determine record access and establish the organizational reporting structure.
WorkOrder
- Represents a request or record for work that needs to be performed, typically as part of field service or service operations. Work Orders can contain information about the customer, service location, status, and required work.
WorkOrderLineItem
- Represents an individual task, service, product, or work component associated with a Work Order. Work Order Line Items provide additional detail about the specific work or items required to complete a Work Order.
