How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your BI Connector or Database Integration subscriptions

This article provides the step-by-step instruction on how to successfully manage your existing BI Connector or Database Integration subscriptions, whether you wish to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

If you are using one of our Connector apps or our Database Sync apps and you wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription to a different refresh rate, please see the following instructions:

  • 1. Log into your Datawarehouse.io account at https://app.datawarehouse.io/.


  • 2. On the main dashboard page, you will locate and click on the Subscriptions tab.

 

  • 3. In the Subscriptions page, you will click on the View Details page to view your current subscription status details.

 

  • 4. Once there, you will see a button labeled Change Subscription (see option marked in red in the example below). You will click on that button to view the available subscription options and then select the option that best suits your needs.

 

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will follow the same instructions above up until step 4. At which point, you would click on the Cancel Subscription button (see option marked in blue in the example above) and then follow the prompts to successfully cancel your subscription.
