How to opt-in for new tables in your Connector/Database Sync dataset
Summary: This article explains the process for opting in to new content when it becomes available through the service.
Opting In to New ContentWhen new content becomes available through the service, there is an option to opt-in to receive this content. Here’s how you can manage this process:
-
Check Current Table Definitions:
- You can refer to the Tables Definitions guide available at Tables Definitions. This guide lists all the tables that the app can currently sync over.
-
Identify Desired Tables:
- If you notice a table that you do not currently have in your dataset but would like to include, you can request its inclusion by notifying the Help Desk at help@datawarehouse.io. Specify which table you are interested in, and support can assist in enabling it for your account.
-
Reauthentication Requirement:
- To enable new content, you may need to reauthenticate the app. A reauthentication link will be sent to the email associated with your account.
- You can also log into your Datawarehouse.io account page at https://app.datawarehouse.io/ and then navigate to your user panel to reauthenticate the app manually.
- You must ensure that a Super Admin performs the reauthentication to grant the necessary permissions for pulling additional data.
-
Scheduled Resync:
- Once the reauthentication is complete, the app will begin to pull in the new data during the next scheduled resync. You can verify the data once the resync is complete.
Opting in to new content is a straightforward process that involves checking the available tables, requesting any desired additions, and ensuring the app is reauthenticated. For further assistance, please refer to the Tables Definitions guide or contact support if you have specific requests regarding new content.
