HubSpot Connector FAQ Follow
Frequently Asked Questions
I have not received my connector details yet, where are they?
These would have been automatically emailed to you a few minutes after sign up. If they are not in your spam folder or if you have misplaced them please visit https://datawarehouse.io/account/my-app-information-item/ where you can retrieve and view them.
In my deal History table some of the columns have strings of numbers, what are those?
In the deal History table some of the columns are written as such. "hs_time_in_15600611"
"15600611" is the ID of a stage. The corresponding label for that ID can be found in the DealPipelineStage table.
In my deal history table the values of the cells don't make sense to me, what do the numbers mean?
Time in stored in milliseconds in the deal history table when referring to fields such as hs_time_in_*******
For example a value of 853380 would convert from seconds into 237 Hours and 3 minutes.
How do I tell the last time my connector has synced?
If you open the SyncHistory table you can see the time each individual table last synced. These times are stored in UTC.
Why are the times off in my datetime fields?
All datetime fields are reported in UTC. This is how HubSpot stores all times in their database. To adjust the times to your time zone simply make a query in your reporting tool that adds or removes the amount of hours needed.
Why do my association tables keep losing their data after a sync?
If your scheduled refreshes are resulting in your association tables data disappearing. That is because you are refreshing that table while it is syncing. You can confirm this by checking your SyncHistory table. For technical reasons we rebuild those tables after each sync. It normally only takes a few minutes. The easiest solution to this is to change your scheduled refresh time to an hour later than you currently have it scheduled.
When should I schedule my refresh?
You should if possible try to schedule your refreshes in your BI tool of choice at least an hour after the normal sync time for your service. Otherwise if you refresh sooner some of the tables may not yet be completely up to date.
Does the app sync Notes, Emails, Tasks, and meetings?
Yes it does. These are all located inside the Engagements table. There are type columns that you can use to filter out engagement types and sub types so that you only use what you need in your reports/integrations.
Are Sensitive Data properties synced?
We do not extract or sync properties flagged as "Sensitive Data" in HubSpot. We do not request the scope required to do so. If you need access to these properties please contact support.
