Cloning & Customizing A Report's Date Filter Follow
- Navigate to your HubSpot's Reports page
- Find the Report you want to use as a starting point/alter
- Click on the Actions button that shows up to the right of the Report name
- Click Clone
- A new Save custom report window will pop up
- Enter a new name of your choosing
- (Optional) Select a dashboard you would like to add the newly altered report to
- Click Save
- The Save custom report window will disappear
- Find your newly cloned report in the list
- Click on the Actions button that will pop up to the right of it
- Click on Edit
- Near the top left, click on the Filters (x) button
- Find and click the Property that is filtering by date
- In this example, it is the "Became a lead date" property which is currently set to "This month so far"
- Find and select the appropriate filter for what you want the new Report to show
- For this example, you can see we are switching to "is last week"
- Click Update filter
- Near the top right, click Save
- An update report window will pop up
- This is another chance to change the Report's name, or add it to a Dashboard
- Click Save
- All done!
- You should see your new Report in the list, ready for use!
