How to Merge Contacts Follow
- Find the Contact you wish to merge, OR find the account they belong to
- If you found the "Contact" first, then click on the underlined Account Name
- Scroll down the "Accounts" page a little till you see the "Contacts" section, click on Merge Contacts
- Select the records to merge
- (Optional) search the contact name/s you want to merge
- Select the check-boxes to the left of the "Contacts" you want merged
- Click Next
- Select the values to retain
- Using the radial selectors and check-boxes, select which information you would like the final (merged) contact to retain
- Click Merge
