How to Merge Accounts Follow
- From your Salesforce Home Page, click on the Accounts tab
- Near the bottom right of the Accounts page, under Tools, click Merge Accounts.
- Select the records to merge
- Search for the Accounts you want to merge
- Select the checkbox to the left of every Account you want to merge
- Click Next
- Select the values to retain
- Using the radial selectors, and check-boxes, pick which information you would like to use on the final (merged) account
- Click Merge to finish merging accounts
