Platform Level Security and High Availability

Our entire technology stack is built on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. This includes the Application Layers and the Database Layers. We use Azure SQL for the database layer, which is the next generation of SQL Server in the cloud, and for the Application Layer, we use Microsoft App Services. This makes our services both secure and Highly Available at the platform level.

Authorization & Data Security

Because we utilize Azure native SQL Server, App Services, and OAuth 2.0 authentication, the transfer of data from beginning to end remains secure and intrinsically inherits the strongest level of SSL security that Microsoft is using for its own fleet of Azure services. Access to your Azure MS SQL Server is provided via unique and secure authorization.

Additionally, we have visibility and control over the security of our customer's Databases. We continuously monitor the resources to prevent, detect, and respond to threats. We use Azure security protocols to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data using Advanced Threat Analytics, Application Gateway, Azure Active Directory, Azure Backup, Azure Key Vault, ExpressRoute, Log Analytics, and Network Security Groups.

Encryption

All connections to the app database require encryption (SSL/TLS 1.2) at all times. Your data is encrypted both "in transit" and "at rest". We utilize transparent data encryption which encrypts your data, backups, and logs at rest, using an AES encryption algorithm. Customers are provided a secure endpoint to connect to their Database if that is applicable to the app they are using.

Compliance

Datawarehouse.io obtained its SOC 2 Compliance status after completing an audit on July 15 2024. Our Trust Center contains information about our compliance status. It can be found here.

Our Azure SQL Databases also participate in regular audits and have been certified against a number of compliance standards. It has industry-leading security measures and privacy policies to safeguard data in the cloud, including the categories of personal data identified by the GDPR.

Certification

Our HubSpot app marketplace applications have undergone a security and technical review by HubSpot and have been granted the "Certified" app flag in the HubSpot App Marketplace. Our apps are regularly recommend and utilized by HubSpot Employees, HubSpot Partners, and HubSpot Customers worldwide.
