Email Setup (IMAP)

Login to HubSpot and Open up an existing deal.

Select the Email tab in the notes section pictured below.  Please select the "Connect Other (IMAP)" Button.

After you select that button, you will be redirected to the page shown in the image below. Click the advanced options drop-down.

Please enter the server information as given to you by your IT Department. Use your email address and your email password. Your username would be what you type to login to the office network.

When you're done, click "Connect inbox," and that's it. You can now send emails from HubSpot!
